This is way beyond training, although we will be doing some training for both the sales people and their bosses. This is group coaching.
We both know that there is always a limitation to training: It’s one thing to understand “what to do.” It’s another to actually “do it.”
I call it the gap between idea and action. It is that gap that brings the most frustration with training programs. Six months later, only a few of the sales people are doing what we have educated them to do. Why? Because of the gap between “knowing” and “doing.”
This program fills that gap.
In these 12 interactive sessions, I’ll work closely with your people, answering their questions, prodding them to greater performance via the checklists, forms and assignments I’ve created for them. Then, I’ll show your sales managers exactly how to motivate and direct your sales people to actually do what we are training them to do.
