Fair question.  I have been called the greatest distributor sales mind alive today.  Here’s why:  I have been the number one sales person for two different companies in two distinct industries.  One of those was a wholesale distributor.  In a world where a $1.5MM territory was the gold standard, I had a $1MM a year increase,  ending up with a $5MM territory.  Then, as a general manager of a division of a distribution company, I grew that business from $10,000 to $200,000 in monthly revenue in just 38 months.

Since 1987, I have been working with the distribution channel to help my clients increase their sales and develop their people.  I have written three books for distributors:  How to Excel at Distributor Sales, Insights & Answers for Distributor Salespeople, and Transforming Your Sales Force for the 21st Century.  My books have been translated into eight languages and are available in 20 countries.

I have spoken at the conventions of almost every distributor trade association. 

Since 2002, I have been presenting a series of Top Gun Seminars for Distributor Salespeople at strategic locations around the country.  Over 2275 distributor sales people from 654 different companies have attended. 

My Kahle Way® Distributor Selling System has been adopted by dozens of distributors to instill a system for selling into their sales people.  Ditto for my Kahle Way® Sales Management System.

Why am I doing this?

Because I’m tired. 

I’m tired of distributors who are so close-minded they can’t learn from an outside expert.

I’m tired of distributors who think that sales success is easy and simple –that it can be packaged into 25 words or less.

I’m tired of distributors who are so cheap they dicker over the cost of a $35 CD.

I’m tired of distributors who aren’t willing to put in the time and effort to out-perform their competitors.

I’m tired of distributors who are too timid to take action and thereby put their businesses, their employees and their families at risk.

So, I’m not going to work with them.  If any of these describe you, don’t bother to apply.

I only want to work with a handful of committed, proactive, ambitious people.
