Assessment:

The necessary first step in any effort to change is to understand and articulate your situation, as clearly and accurately as possible. Understanding you is the beginning of our ability to assist you. We focus on capturing a clear understanding of where you want to go - what your goals and objectives are, as well as what resources enable you, and what limits constrain you. Sometimes, we'll use a phone or personal interview as a vehicle for achieving this understanding. More frequently, we'll employ a more formal approach. Over the years, we've created a number of proprietary tools to enable us to obtain a clear, deep, insightful understanding of your current situation.

When we're focusing on changing the behavior of sales people, we use our "Sales Competency Analysis." When we're looking at developing managers, we use either our "Sales Manager Competency Analysis," or Checkpoint™, a 360 degree management analysis tool. We'll often complement any of the above tools with a custom-designed questionnaire.
