Limited Registration

Attendance is limited to the first 30 registrants, on a first-come, first served basis. Participants may register online, via the phone at 800.331.1287, or via fax at 616.451.9412.
Cost

Only $995 per person for members of seminar sponsor members, dealers and affiliates and $1295 per person for non-members. Registration fee includes seminar and complete set of participant materials, plus a 150-page reference manual.

NOTE: (You must be a member, dealer or affiliate of one of the seminar sponsors to receive the discount.)

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

You may send a substitute participant at any time. - You may cancel your registration up to 31 calendar days prior to the meeting and receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $35 service charge. - You may cancel within 30 to 7 calendar days prior to the meeting and receive a 50% credit toward a future seminar. - Cancellations within 7 calendar days prior to the meeting forfeit the registration fee.
