The Format

The program will be extremely interactive in format, emphasizing dialogue, exercise, practice and assignments. Each session follows this kind of "rhythm:"
1. Dave presents a concept.
2. The participants work on an exercise that helps them process and personalize the concept.
3. The participants dialogue about their ideas, sharing ideas with one another.
4. If appropriate, there is an opportunity to practice the behavior.
5. The process is repeated with a new concept.
This method provides three different ways for each participant to learn:
  • They learn from the content presented.
  • The emphasis is always on practical ideas with immediate applications.
  • They learn from one another as they exchange their experiences and creative ideas.
  • They learn from themselves as they think about the concepts and compare them to their own experience.

Program Materials:

Every participant will receive a three ring binder full of over 100 pages of resource material
- slides, exercises, worksheets, graphs, formulas and articles designed to be a lifetime resource

Meals & Beverages

A continental breakfast will be provided both days of the seminar. Beverages will be provided during program breaks. Participants will be responsible for their own lunch.
