Why should you participate in one of the Dave Kahle TGIF & K (Thank Goodness it's Friday & Kahle) series of seminars?
Dave is one of the pioneers of distance learning, having done his first phone seminar in 1998. His TGIF & K series began in 2001, and has set the standard for excellence in the medium.
Dave's approach is unique in that it brings benefits in two ways:
1. Each individual program is designed to provide a dose of inspiration, education and motivation in a way that stimulates sales people to create good ideas and to immediately implement those ideas.
The approach is always thoughtful and easy-to-implement. Dave does not believe in "sales magic." He helps people think about their jobs and themselves, and then to act on those solid ideas. His approach can be characterized as "substance, not sound-bytes... practical, powerful and reasonable."
Each seminar utilizes proven learning methodology, including hand-outs with fill-in-the blanks, outlines, application exercises, and simple graphic images to convey complex ideas. Every program includes a time for questions and answers.
The use of sophisticated learning methodology means that the programs are participatory and always result in the participants gaining ideas for ways to improve their performance.
Regardless of the topic, each month salespeople will benefit by being challenged, stimulated and inspired.
2. The series can be used as a monthly continuous-improvement medium. Making use of Dave's Menta-Morphosis® learning system, each month the participants commit to implementing some aspect of the program. The next month, they discuss their results and progress. The content is designed to cover the full range of sales skills and challenges.
This regular stimulant to continuous improvement, coupled with the options for accountability, provide a one-stop solution for companies who want to develop their sales people easily and economically.
