How the system works:
The program is licensed to your company in perpetuity. You own it. If you have multiple locations or divisions, each manager is licensed individually.
Each manager signs a contract acknowledging the proprietary nature of the system. Each agrees not to share the forms or processes with anyone else. Each manager receives a master System Kit built around a 186 page binder of:

You can arrange the training in the system in two ways:

Based on a minimum meeting size of at least 10 managers, we will work with them at a location of your choosing, for a full day of interactive training. This is the most intense of the training options, because it allows for interaction, practice and total focus on YOUR company and YOUR field of sales.
2. Attending our "Kahle Way® Sales Management Seminar. " open-enrollment seminar
